Website design services, graphic design services, wireframes, and content creation.
Objective:
To stand up a new site, new platform, and new website design in order to refresh the brand. The primary goal here was to develop a modernized website that allowed for better integration with form fills into the business while also housing a fresh design. The primary goal of the design was not only to create a new and improved look and feel to go along with the new branding, but gain traction on getting client traffic towards a customized form fill experience. This form was to have the ability to upload client requests, creative, print documents, and related documentation along with their form submission. The previous site design did not have this functionality, and we included this into our website design scope.
Additionally, along with a new design for their website, they were looking for support that their previous designers did not give them, at a reasonable price, which we offered. King Signs was looking for more service and support along with their design requests which we include in all of our subscription packages. They wanted to be able to tap into dedicated account management to help them whenever they may encounter website issues, have questions, or encounter more design needs.
Solution:
Within 2 months we successfully launched King Sign's new website design. This new design included: a simplified navigation, connection to their Facebook feed, new digital design creative like banners and on page creative, a new categorization of their portfolio by category making it easer for users to find what they were looking for, new page content that better targets their win zone and market of military and government work.
This new dynamic webpage design included new categories of work, tied to government demand, allowing for government contractors, customers, and users to fully understand King Signs core competencies, and work examples, tied to their needs. A layer deeper, once a category was clicked on, the user is then greeted with a design approach usually found in eCommerce stores. Showcasing a full image selector. This allowed for easier navigation of work examples further showcasing the work King Signs is able to produce allowing for easier purchase decisions. This hybrid eCommerce B2B model allows for more web business flexibility when engaging with leads.
We also designed, developed, and delivered a new custom form that allows users to submit PDFs or related files along with their inquiry to King Signs. This was a layer of customization that has been highly utilized by their prospects and has helped with their operational workflow in engaging leads through their digital channel, which supports their primary channels of Word of Mouth, Events, and Traditional Marketing.
Finally, we offer continued support with issues that arise, and have been available 24 hours when needed.
