Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy
You must give us 30 days notice for cancelations. If you cancel before the 12 month period is up you will be subject to 2 months subscription fees as a cancelation fee expected to be paid upfront. 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive immediate engagement from our staff and setting up a call to meet and greet (if this had not already happened) and set you up with our project management platform.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Paying for a full year (as of 2024) will be in development and is expected to be available in 2025.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
